信用证条款

• We hereby engage with drawers / endorsers / bonafide holders that draft drawn and negotiated in conformity with the terms of this credit will be honoured on due presentation
  当议付的单据完全符合信用证条款时，兹保证相关银行按汇票兑付。
• Although drafts are drawn at 90 days sight , they will receive payment at sight up presentation of documents in full compliance with l / c terms
  尽管汇票是按90天付款期限条件开出的，但是他们在提交了与信用证条款完全相符的单证后即可收到货款。
• This is solely an advice of credit opened by above mentioned correspondent bank an conveys no engagement on our part
  请认真核查信用证条款！一旦有不符合你方意愿的条款，请及时直接和开征申请人确认，我方在没有收到开证行的授权下无权修改信用证！
• A bank assumes no liability or responsibility for errors in translation or interpretation of technical terms and may transmit credit terms without translating them
  银行对技术术语的翻译或解释上的错误，不负责任，并可不加翻译地传送信用证条款。
• Payment shall be made by opening bank value five ( 5 ) days upon receipt of tested telex confirming documents are complied with l / c terms and conditions from the negotiating bank
  开证行在收到（越南）议付行的? ?确认所有单据均与信用证条款相符的加押电报日起的5天之内必须付款。
• Compliance of the stipulated documents on their face with the terms and conditions of the credit , shall be determined by international standard banking practice as reflected in these articles
