• This paper mainly compares to and analyses two respects that our country makes antimonopoly law . the two respects are : ( 1 ) directional question of the antimonopoly law ; ( 2 ) analysing result that the private law and the public law are implemented . the basic structure of this thesis is divided into five parts : chapter one is a brief introduction to the overview of antimonopoly law ; chapter two draw the rational choice of direction of the antimonopoly law on the basis of analysis and compare ; chapter three is a discussion about the measure that public law is implemented ; chapter four is a discussion about the measure that private law is implemented ; chapter five draws the conclusion and put forward the policy recommendations on the basis of the brief summary of the full paper
  具体说来，本文共分五个部分：第一章主要对世界各国《反垄断法》概况做一简要介绍，指出我国反垄断法的立法和执法现状以及存在的问题；第二章主要结合国外反垄断指向的发展历程和我国经济生活中的实际情况，通过对比分析得出我国《反垄断法》的立法指向选择；第三章是关于公法实施措施的探讨，分析了当前我国公共机构实施的反垄断执法中的不足，特别对是否应该在立法中引入结构制裁措施做了较为详尽的探讨；第四章是在数理分析的基础上讨论在立法中引入私法实施政策的可行性，即倍数赔偿规则；第五章是对全文的简要总结，得出结论和提出政策建议。
