Normal bn rats were vaccinated intraperitoneally with lctcv , ltcv and rpmi1640 culture buffer ( blank control ) respectively . one - way mixed lymphocyte reaction ( mlr ) , flow cytometric analysis of the apoptosis of peripheral t cell and the rate of cd4 / cd8 in peripheral blood were performed before and after vaccination . results mlr showed that the immune response capability of bn rat spleen cells in lctcv group were suppressed significantly after vaccination ( p < 0 . 01 ) 于疫苗接种前和每次接种后第5天以被免疫bn大鼠的脾细胞作为反应细胞，以lou c大鼠的脾细胞作为刺激细胞(经丝裂霉素处理) ，进行单向混合淋巴细胞反应( mlr ) ，同时对外周血t细胞凋亡和cd _ 4 ~ + 、 cd _ 8 ~ + t细胞亚群进行流式细胞分析。
