With prestressed rolling mill of the middle steelworks of taiyuan iron and steel limited group company as the researched object , this article analyze the existent questions and research the initial stress of prestressed rolling mill and computer control system , analyze the design thought of prestressed rolling mill and clarify the relationship between the dimensional precision of rolled material and the rigidity of base of rolling mill and the main method to increase the rigidity of base of rolling mill , analyze how to confirm the rigidity , sectional area of handle and post , and pretightening force , put forward the viewpoint that the key to assure great rigidity is to assure that the remnant initial stress is always positive during rolling , and develop intelligent control system with plc as the core on the basis of the former research to assure that the remnant initial stress is always positive during rolling 本文以太钢集团公司中型型钢厂预应力轧机为对象，分析了该厂预应力轧机所存在的问题，对预应力轧机的预应力以及微机控制进行了系统研究；分析了预应力轧机的设计思路，阐明了轧材尺寸精度与轧机机座刚度的关系及提高轧机机座刚度的主要途径；分析了预应力轧机设计过程中预应力轧机的刚度、预紧拉杆和机架立柱断面积及预紧力的确定；提出了预应力轧机保证高刚度的关键就是“确保轧制过程中，残余预应力始终大于零”的观点；在前述研究的基础上开发了以可编程逻辑控制器为核心的智能监控系统，以确保“轧制过程中，残余预应力始终大于零”这个要求。

Through simulating model tests of shield tunnel passing through the yellew river in the diversion project from south to north china , a systematic analysis on the primary factors affecting joint stiffness , including arrangement of joint bolt , thickness of annular packing of bolt , behavior and thickness of cushion material between two tube plates , magnitude of prestressing force of joint bolt and different stressed states at tube plate joint etc . , are performed . the study results may provide reference for tube plate design of shield tunnel 通过南水北调穿黄盾构隧道仿真模型试验,对影响接头刚度的主要因素即连接螺栓的布置、螺栓垫圈的厚度、管片与管片之间垫层材料的性能和厚度、连接螺栓的预紧力的大小及管片接头不同的受力状态进行了系统的分析,为盾构隧道管片设计提供了参考。
