  结果表明，电弧熔炼方法制备得到的nb - si系金属间化合物比较致密，且制备工艺简单，经济实用，是一种合适的nb - si系金属间化合物制备方法；由于nb 、 si元素粉末的成型性很差，用粉末冶金方法(热压烧结和冷等静压)制备的nb - si系金属间化合物表面粗糙、致密度低，且成本较高，不宜用于制备nb - si系金属间化合物；首次用光学悬浮单晶生长技术制备的nb - si系金属间化合物复合材料致密度很高，尽管成本稍高，但由于性能最佳，也是一种合适的nb - si系金属间化合物制备方法。
• In this work , using elemental powders as starting reactant materials several carbide powders such as wc , sic , tic , zrc and corresponding alloys had been fabricated by ball - milling technique . x - ray diffraction ( xrd ) , scanning electron microscopy ( sem ) , transmission electron microscopy ( tem ) and other measurement techniques had been used to monitor the structural changes of powders after some ball milling time and the properties of the cemented tungsten carbides . and the mechanism for the formation of matal carbides by ma has also been discussed
  本文主要对机械合金化( ma )技术在碳化物制备中的应用进行了研究，利用高能球磨，以元素粉末为原料，制备出wc 、 sic 、 tic 、 zrc的粉体以及wc基硬质复合材料，并利用x射线衍射、扫描电镜、透射电镜等方法分析和研究了球磨过程粉体的变化以及烧结后硬质合金的性能，对机械合金化制备碳化物的有关机理进行了研究和探索。
