  本文通过对相关计算机技术的研究，得出了开发智能光配线架管理信息系统较为理想的计算机技术，并对它们提出解决的方法：一、在光功率监控模块中采用单片机作自动控制，完成数据的采样、分析、处理、存储、通信；二、采用delphi6 . 0完成管理信息系统( mis )的开发；三、采用c / s数据库结构，以microsoftsqlsever2000作为数据库引擎；四、通过mapinfo公司提供的mapx组件嵌入到delphi中，以delphi作为开发语言完成地理信息系统（ gis ）的开发，同时完成mis和gis的无缝连接。
