  第二章中首先根据漫射近似理论对超短脉冲在以生物组织为典型的混浊介质中传输进行了理论分析，然后对两种边界条件下产生的漫反射、漫透射光脉冲强度和形状随各光学特性参数的变化情况进行了数值模拟，最后得到了混浊介质的光学特性参数与漫反射、透射脉冲强度与形状的关系曲线。第三章对不同形状和脉宽的脉冲光源入射到混浊介质中产生的漫反射、漫透射脉冲的强度和形状进行了理论分析和数值模拟，并将高斯脉冲与方波脉冲情况进行了对比，得到了各种情况的漫反射、漫透射脉冲强度、形状与各光学特性参数的关系曲线，这对从分析脉冲形状中提取介质的光学特性参数的信息有重要的意义。
