  在实现微量进给的同时，启动系统的光栅位移测量过程和图像采集过程，光栅传感器(长度计)测得指示表测杆的位移量，由计数卡ik220实时传送给计算机，由ccd摄像头摄取的表盘图像经图像采集卡在计算机屏幕上得以实时显示，最后通过对指示表指针位移计算处理与光栅传感器测量的位移量进行比较，得到指示表受检点的示值误差。
