  目前,我国电信网络正处于高速发展中,网络的规模越来越大,设备种类越来越多,组网方式越来越多样化,应用越来越复杂,但是网络管理系统仍然普遍采用管理员/代理的集中式管理方法,在集中式网络管理模式中,网管系统不能随着网络规模和复杂度的变化而变化,致使网管系统越来越庞大;网络管理逻辑全部集中在一个管理工作站中计算,需要占用大量的带宽来传输设备数据,有效性差,同时管理工作站是系统中最脆弱的部分,一旦管理方超负荷或死机,代理方因为必须等待管理方的指令而无法恢复系统,导致系统崩溃。
• On the one hand , this paper implements the integration of web and corba technology in the domain of network management , which fully utilizes the distribution speciality of corba to solve the disadvantages of traditional network management architecture in the aspects such as extensibility , scalability . on the other hand , this paper achieves the flexible distribution of management tasks by the introduction of mobile agent techonology to the network management based on web , which can well make use of the calculation resources in the network and can also offset the deficiency of corba in time - liness
  一方面，在分析基于web的网络管理基本模型基础上，充分利用corba的分布计算特性，解决传统的集中式网络管理体系结构在可扩展性、可伸缩性等方面的缺陷，实现了web技术与corba技术在网管领域的集成应用；另一方面，将移动agent技术引入基于web的网络管理，实现管理任务的灵活分布，充分利用网络计算资源，弥补corba技术在实时性方面的不足。
