  为此，笔者根据我国《集成电路布图设计保护条例》的规定，对比其他一些国家、地区的有关立法例，运用知识产权的基本理论，采取比较的方法，尝试对集成电路布图设计的法律保护问题进行探讨，以期能够对集成电路布图设计保护的理论研究和立法完善有所裨益。
