In this paper , we analysis the status of present transportation system , discuss some details in the field of license plate recognition . after all we recommended a prototype of lpr and give a preliminary realization of the key moduls . in general , the prototype includes two parts . they are image collection module ( icm ) and image processing module ( ipm ) . icm is mainly consisted of hardwares such as cameras , switches , video card and cables 针对当前道路交通管理的现状,研究了汽车牌照自动识别的问题,我们设计了一个汽车牌照识别的系统模型,并初步实现系统中的关键模块。系统整体上可以划分为两个模块:图像采集模块和图像处理模块。图像采集模块主要由硬件构成,寻觅采集图像的时机,适时拍照并将图像传送到图像处理模块。
This paper using maplnfo geographic information system tool , ms access database system and vb programming language , combining plentiful professional knowledge , through integrated second development , deeply analyses processing technology of several typical urban road traffic information in gis , designs and realizes data write , data maintenance , data inquire , analyse and process , data print and so on , processes spatial data and attribute data of urban road traffic information correlative , and according to the need of geographical information system , divides all the urban traffic management business into four systems , include traffic basic facilities management system , public transit management system , traffic survey management system , traffic order management system , every system has several sub - systems , thus dctailizc urban road traffic management business 本文选择mapinfo地理信息系统作为开发平台,结合microsoftaccess数据库工具和visualbasic编程语言,利用丰富的专家知识,经过集成二次开发,深入分析了几种典型城市道路交通信息在地理信息数据库中的处理技术,设计和实现了数据录入、数据维护、数据查询、分析处理、数据输出等功能,对道路交通信息的空间数据和属性数据进行了一一对应的处理。并进一步提出将公安交通管理全部业务按信息化系统的需要划分为:交通基础设施管理系统、公共交通管理系统、交通调查管理系统、交通秩序管理系统四个系统,每个系统下面分为若干子系统,从而细化了城市道路交通管理的业务。
