  在parasuraman , zeithaml和berry等人研究的基础上,对其提出的servqual模型进行了优化,结合模型中的各项评价指标和饭店企业的特点,提出了饭店企业进行servqual模型测评的五大测评体系:即安全性测评体系、自主性测评体系、科学性测评体系、公平性测评体系和满意性测评体系,然后选取了湖北h饭店作为研究对象,进行科学地实证研究并在此基础上对饭店企业内部服务质量差距模型进行了延伸性的探索和研究,得到了饭店企业内部服务质量差距的数学模型,并把这套数学模型编写成程序。
