The paper analyzes the key technologies of e - government system based on domino / notes framework . among them , the first the operational principle and system framework of domino workflow is elaborated . take the design of document receiving and dispatching for instance , the paper proposes a new concept of " document dispatching center " . by introducing this new concpet , the flow design complexity and difficulty are reduced . therefore , the flow design is simplified and accustomed to end users and has a better commonality 一基于dominoworkflow的工作流设计,在简要介绍其工作原理和系统结构后,以收发文数据库为例,提出了以“文件分送中心”为基础的工作流程设计,通过“文件分送中心”概念的引入,大大的简化了流程设计的难度和复杂度,使得流程设计更为简单化、通用性更强,更贴近用户的使用习惯。
Recently , the constructions of computer monitoring and controlling systems have been developed widely . however , presently , the problems of data exchanging between dispatching center and its substations have not been coped with perfectly , which has hampered making unmanned substations a reality 近年来,我国水电厂、泵站计算机监控系统建设得到普遍的开展,但目前一些厂站调度管理中心和下属的各现场站之间的信息交互问题仍然没有得到完善的解决,主要表现在异构平台、异构数据库之间的数据沟通上,这在很大程度上阻碍了“无人值班(少人职守) ”目标的实现。
