Proceeding from the theory of region sustainable development and dss at first , the function and frame of regional sustainable development decision supported system have been analyzed ; then the oriented - object methods have been used to analyze the model base of the rsddss and set up the mbms which is fit for the rsddss ; on the above foundation , the issue of model intelligent selecting have been proposed , and the rational policy and methods to problem have been put forward on the basis of application of the intelligent technology such as nature language understanding , neural net etc . at last , the population forecast in the sustainable development decision supported system of hebei province has been taken as an example , to be carried on the positive demonstration research on the selecting of intelligent model 本文首先从区域可持续发展、决策支持系统的理论出发,对区域可持续发展决策支持系统( rsddss )的功能和框架进行了分析;然后运用面向对象的方法对rsddss的模型库进行了设计,建立于适合于rsddss的模型库系统;在此基础上研究了模型的智能选择问题,应用自然语言理解、神经网络等人工智能技术提出了模型智能选择相关的策略和方法;最后以河北省可持续发展决策支持系统中人口子系统的人口预测为例,对上述理论方法进行了实证分析。本文的研究对于rsddss的建立是一种有意义的尝试,对可持续发展决策支持理论研究和实践必将起到积极的作用。
