• Firstly , the thesis analyzes the concept of performance , classifies the performance and sets up the evaluation index system according to manager ' s traits . secondly , in order to make evaluation credible and rational , the thesis established the model of fuzzy ahp based on evaluation theory and method . finally , consul ting the pm theory , this thesis analyzes the evaluation result by quartered - grid and put forward improving advice according as different evaluation results
  本文首先从绩效的基本概念入手，对绩效作了科学的解释和分类，并根据管理人员的工作特点及以往对绩效指标的研究，建立能够准确反映其绩效的评价指标体系；然后在考评理论及考评方法分析的基础上，结合近来一些新的考评技术，建立了模糊ahp评价模型，使得考评工作更加可靠、合理；最后，借鉴pm理论，对考评结果采用四方图法进行分析，根据绩效结果将被考评者划分类型，并针对每种类型制定相应的改进措施，体现有效反馈的原则。
