• Where goods entering or leaving the territory by electric cable , pipeline or other specific modes of transport , the business units concerned shall make the declaration with the designated customs and complete the customs formalities at regular intervals
  经电缆、管道或者其他特殊方式输送进出境的货物，经营单位应当定期向指定的海关申报和办理海关手续。
• An import entity shall file a declaration to the customs upon the strength of customs clearance permit for imported drugs , while the customs shall handle the procedures for the customs declaration and clearance of the imported drugs
  进口单位持《进口药品通关单》向海关申报，海关凭口岸药品监督管理局出具的《进口药品通关单》 ，办理进口药品的报关验放手续。
• Article 3 goods , means of transport , or articles carried by individuals entering or leaving the bonded area must go through the entrance and exit of the customs establishments . they shall be declared at the customs truthfully and accept the inspection of the customs
  第三条进出保税区的货物、运输工具和个人携带物品，必须经由设有海关机构的出入口进出，如实向海关申报，接受海关检查。
• Declaration with the customs shall be made by the consignee for import goods within 14 days after the inbound means of transport declares its arrival and , unless specially approved by the customs , 24 hours before loading for export goods by the consignor
  进口货物的收货人应当自运输工具申报进境之日起十四日内，出口货物的发货人除海关特准的外应当在装货的二十四小时以前，向海关申报。
• When a driver driving a goods vehicle arriving from the mainland with its fuel tank carrying hydrocarbon oil ( including diesel fuel ) in excess of the duty exemption , he has to declare it to the customs promptly during customs clearance , and make the corresponding duty payment
  如司机驾驶从内地抵港的货车的油缸中，盛载超过法例所豁免缴税的碳氢油(包括柴油[即油渣] )分量，必须于清关时尽早向海关申报，并缴付有关的应课税值。
• Inbound means of transport pending declaration to the customs after entering the territory and outbound means of transport pending to leave the territory after being cleared by the customs shall both move along the route specified by the competent communications organs or the customs in case the communications organs have no such specification
  第九条进境运输工具在进境以后向海关申报以前，出境运输工具在办结海关手续以后出境以前，应当按照交通主管机关规定的路线行进；交通主管机关没有规定的，由海关指定。
• Article 30 whoever enters the country carrying animals or plants , animal or plant products or other quarantine objects which are not included in the catalogues specified in article 29 of this law shall declare them to the customs at the port of entry and accept the quarantine inspection by the port animal and plant quarantine office
  第三十条携带本法第二十九条规定的名录以外的动植物、动植物产品和其他检疫物进境的，在进境时向海关申报并接受口岸动物检疫机关检疫。
